Obituary of Shirley Henderson

(nee Scully)

Suddenly but very peacefully at Bonnechere Manor on Friday evening, March 22, 2024, Shirley passed away at the age of 88.

Beloved wife of the late Clarence (2015).

Proud and devoted mother of Dorinda Kelly and David Henderson (Gail Fusee).

Loved and cherished Granny of Samira Moumne (Hani Hassoun), Sarah Moumne, Ahmad Moumne (Melanie Hugoo), Cory Tyo (Shay), Chad Tyo (Amanda), Robin Manwell (Spencer) and Eric Guveremont (Alison) and great Granny of Hannah Hassoun and Isaac “Kurtie” Hassoun.

Shirley was predeceased by her two sisters: Marion Kellar (late Bruce) and Mae Scully and her brother Raymond Scully (late Marilyn) as well as her step sister Rita Yates and step brothers: Johnny, Jerome and Aldome Scully.

Daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (nee Dodge) Scully.

Shirley’s care and arrangements have been entrusted to the

Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd.,

50 John Street North, Arnprior.

The family will be present to receive condolences at the Kingdom Hall, 32 Jackson Lane, Arnprior on Saturday afternoon, April 6, 2024 from 12 to 1 p.m.

A Service will begin at 1 o'clock with refreshments to follow.
