Obituary of Patricia Stanton

STANTON, Patricia "Pat" Peacefully at the Arnprior and District Memorial Hospital while surrounded by loved ones on Sunday evening, September 6th, 2015; Patricia Ann Stanton of Arnprior; formerly of Fitzroy Harbour passed away following a lengthy journey through cancer. She was 69. Beloved and cherished wife of Gerald. Dearly loved mother of Gerry Stanton (Sylvia) of Pakenham and Ann Marie Villeneuve (Carl) of Fitzroy Harbour. Adored and proud "Granny" of Kathryn, Robyn, Avery, Joshua and Madeline. Dear sister of Helen O'Brien (late Mark) of Ottawa. Predeceased by 2 brothers: Gerald Dolan (Myrtle of Ottawa), Jimmy Dolan (late Cheryl and late Kay) as well as 3 sisters: Marjorie Dunlop (late Paul), Theresa Dolan and Mary Jane Blais (Mick of Ashton). Daughter of the late Paddy Dolan and the late Mabel McCaffrey. Pat will be lovingly remembered by the Stanton family as well as all who knew her. Friends are invited to join Pat's family during visitation at the Pilon Family Funeral Home and Chapel Ltd., 50 John Street North, Arnprior on Wednesday from 2 to 4 and 6 to 8 p.m. and again on Thursday morning from 9:30 until 10:15. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated in St. Michael's Church, Fitzroy Harbour on Thursday morning, September 10th at 11 o'clock. Interment Parish Cemetery. In memory of Pat, a donation to the Restoration Fund of St. Michael's Church (Fitzroy Harbour) or the "Partners in Caring" Foundation of the Arnprior Hospital would be appreciated by her family.
